CATERING POLICY

We strive to make every order seamless and delicious. Please review our catering policy before placing your order to ensure smooth preparation and delivery. All catering requests are confirmed once an invoice is issued and payment is received. Delivery fees are based on distance and order size, and final totals will be reflected on your invoice. For any custom needs, dietary requests, or changes, please contact our team — we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.

Advance Booking

To guarantee availability and proper preparation, we encourage all clients to place their catering orders as early as possible, especially for larger events. Early booking allows us to secure your date, organize logistics, and deliver the best service possible.

  • All catering orders must be placed between 5–7 days before your event date.

  • Orders placed within that window will be subject to a Rush Order Fee (see details below).

Rush Orders

We understand that last-minute events happen and will always do our best to accommodate. However, rush orders require extra coordination and staffing, so a service fee applies based on timing:

  • Orders over $1,000 placed within 5 days of the event: +10% Rush Service Fee

  • Orders over $1,000 placed within 3 days of the event: +20% Rush Service Fee

  • Orders under $1,000 placed same-day or next-day: +20% Rush Service Fee

Rush orders are accepted based on availability, and we recommend booking early to avoid additional charges.

Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required on all catering orders to confirm and secure your booking.

  • Deposits must be paid within 3 days of receiving your invoice and no later than 3 business days before the event, unless otherwise approved in writing.

  • This deposit officially reserves your event date and ensures your order is scheduled for preparation

Payment Balance

The remaining balance may be paid anytime after your deposit is received.

  • Full payment is due at least 1 business day before the event for the order to be released for preparation, delivery, or pick-up.

  • Late payments will incur a 10% Late Payment Fee and may delay or cancel your order.

Delivery Fees

All deliveries are subject to a delivery fee based on distance, order size, and event logistics.
Final delivery costs will be calculated once your order is reviewed and will appear on your invoice prior to payment.


Delivery availability and timing will be confirmed by our team after submission.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and maintain quality service for all clients, please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full catering credit toward a future order of equal or greater value.

  • Cancellations made within 15–29 days of the event will receive a 50% catering credit toward a future order.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, as ingredients, staffing, and logistics will have already been allocated.

Once payment is received, your order is confirmed and preparations begin immediately. Rush and same-day orders are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your event, please contact our team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to apply your credit and accommodate your new date, depending on availability.
